Delivery
We send all our products by Royal Mail Postage, unless otherwise agreed. All orders made before 2pm Noon will be despatched the same day. We do not post on Wednesdays or Weekends. We ask that you allow us 5 working days, however we are confident that you will receive your items much sooner than that.

We Promise to ship our best quality to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern that you may have regarding your order
Refunds and Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will offer you a full refund, We do ask that you refund the goods safely to us at your expense. If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail or on 07921 290595 and we will be happy to refund any postage and packaging charges.
